Do you want to live as your truest self?

I’m Sara Eldridge, a licensed clinical social worker in private practice. I work with high-masking neurodivergent folks who find themselves stuck in protective patterns of thinking and behaving that no longer serve them. With empathy and gentle curiosity, together we can uncover why these patterns exist and learn new, healthier ways of being that bring joy and freedom in the present.

Get trained

The neurodiversity and trauma paradigms offer a more humane way of understanding people and society. Through this lens, diagnoses like ADHD and autism are understood as nervous system differences, not deficits. Similarly, trauma responses are seen as adaptations by individuals and communities to survive difficult experiences. Learn how to develop a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed approach to your work.

Grow your clinical skills

Are you looking for a trauma-trained, neurodivergent supervisor who can help grow your clinical skills? I work with therapists at all stages of their career, from student interns to experienced practitioners, who want to learn how to apply principles of trauma treatment and neurodiversity to better serve their clients and themselves.
